No end, no beginning. When does the breath entering your lungs become you, and when does it cease to be you, the food you eat, the water you drink, the children you bear. You are as old as stars, and older still. How old did you turn this year? If you say any number less than 13.8 billion years you deceive yourself...The water that laps on the shore is also you, there is no piece of you outside of the universe. Open up to the mystery of being the universe as you are, as we all are.
